Pressure Washing

Rotary surface cleaning for driveways, paths, pool surrounds and commercial concrete across the Sunshine Coast. No zebra striping — because we don't clean with a wand.

How We Clean

Even Pressure. No Striping.

A hand-held wand cleans in the pattern you move it — which is exactly why so many driveways end up with faint stripes or patches where the operator overlapped or missed a pass. We run rotary surface cleaners: a spinning bar under a flat head that distributes pressure evenly across the whole surface in one motion.

The result is a uniform clean, edge to edge, without the etching or stripe marks a wand can leave in soft or aged concrete.

Every surface gets assessed before we start. Sealed concrete, exposed aggregate, coloured concrete, and paving all respond differently to pressure — we set up for the surface in front of us, not a one-size job sheet.

Oil stains, tyre marks, moss, algae, and general grime built up over years typically lift in a single visit.

The Process

Four Steps, One Visit

01
Assess & Pre-Treat
We check the surface type and condition, clear loose debris, and pre-treat heavy stains or moss where needed.
02
Rotary Clean
The full surface is cleaned with a rotary surface cleaner for an even finish, with pressure matched to the concrete.
03
Edge & Detail
Edges, corners, and areas the rotary head can't reach are finished by hand so nothing gets left half-clean.
04
Rinse & Inspect
A final rinse clears residue, and we walk the job with you before we leave — anything you're not happy with gets sorted on the spot.

Questions

Pressure Washing FAQs

How much does pressure washing cost on the Sunshine Coast?

It depends on surface area, condition, and access — a single-car driveway is a different job to a stained commercial carpark. We quote every job individually and free, usually within 48 hours of an on-site look or photos.

How often should I get my driveway pressure washed?

Most Sunshine Coast driveways need a clean every 12–18 months. Shaded or south-facing concrete that holds moisture can grow moss and algae faster and may need attention sooner.

Will pressure washing damage my concrete?

Not when it's done properly. We use rotary surface cleaners rather than a straight-jet wand, which spreads pressure evenly across the surface and avoids the striping or etching a wand can leave behind.

Do you use hot or cold water?

Cold water rotary cleaning handles the vast majority of driveways, paths and pool surrounds. We assess each surface on the day and adjust pressure and technique to what the concrete actually needs.

How long does a driveway take to clean?

A standard residential driveway is usually a half-day job including edges and detail work. Larger areas or commercial surfaces are scoped and timed at quote stage.
